Project Haod, a leadership training program organized by the University of the Philippines High School Cebu Student Council in collaboration with the UPHSC Guidance Office, was successfully conducted on February 21, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The training brought together Student Council officers, homeroom officers from Grades 7–12, and CWTS officers to develop leadership competencies and self-awareness among student leaders. Held at the UP High School Cebu campus, the program featured interactive activities, reflective exercises, and discussions facilitated by Jeffrey Pelonio and Guidance Services Specialist Cipriano Olita. Sessions included self-reflection exercises on leadership identity, communication activities, discussions on servant leadership and the Pyramid of Influence, and group activities that emphasized teamwork and planning. The event concluded with vision-setting exercises and group sharing, enabling participants to reflect on their leadership goals and responsibilities. The training supported SDG 4 (Quality Education) by strengthening leadership education and SDG 16 (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions) by promoting responsible and participatory leadership among youth.
