Noe Montaño Santillan, M.Ed.
Assistant Professor

Noe Santillan teaches Philosophy and Social Studies courses. He finished his master’s as UP Presidential Scholar, and is now interested with Critical Pedagogy and neoliberalism in education. He has commentaries published in op-ed pages in both local and national dailies. He is a member of the Philosophical Association of Visayas and Mindanao (PHAVISMINDA), and is also serving as National Board Member and Chapter Vice-president for Faculty of the All UP Academic Employees Union (AUPAEU).
